Head Coach Juan Adriatico “Coach A”

Coach A has has a passion for helping athletes reach their goals and becoming a better people. In 2001 he was nominated All State Florida in 2001, batting .520 as a high school player. He holds till this day  the Connie Mack Summer League title with a 70 game schedule posting a .650 batting average. He was recruited by Lander University on an baseball scholarship and also recruited by Erskine College as a Seminary student posting a .495 batting average at the Division 2 level with 3 strikeouts in 298 appearances. He played for the Military All Stars in 2010-2012 as a clean up hitter.

and masters in counseling Coach “A“joined the Military.
He served 15 years in the US Army and Navy as a Airborne Paratrooper & Chaplain serving 2 tours in Iraq. 

He is dedicated to serving God and helping others. He was coached by Frank Core “Hitting Coach to MLB Chipper Jones”, Rick Rhoden (18 years as a pitcher in the MLB with the Pirates), Chet Lemmon (18 years in the MLB with the Detroit Tigers) and played with MLB Zack Grienki, MLB Prince Fielder and MLB Ricky Weeks. Kevin Nichols (A 4 year All American and played 2 years in the MLB & coach for Coastal Carolina  played a major role into Coach “A“ philosophical hitting approach to the game of baseball. Coach ”A” is a personal trainer in life, baseball and faith. His dedication to God and serving is relentless. He has coached thousands of high School, College and Professional Players over the course of his years and still loves to play and compete. He is single, enjoys hunting, working out, dancing, traveling, and to visit his parents in Florida. Coach "A" resides in San Antonio, Texas.

Coach Eaton

Thomas Eaton is the founder and Executive Director of the Charlotte Crushers Summer Collegiate Baseball and Prolific Post Grad Collegiate Baseball, which was created for players who wanted to compete at high level in a positive environment. That was conducted for growth and development. In his years as director and also as coach of the Crushers, he has seen over 100 student athletes go on to play at the next level. His teams have won state, regional, and national titles from 2001-2018.

.His Prolific Post Grad team helps young men who need that extra development in academics and athletics that were overlooked by colleges in order to get a college baseball scholarship.

Coach Eaton was also a recruiting coordinator for Johnson C Smith University from 2006-2013. He has coached 5 All American softball players and 5 Rookie of the Year players in the CIAA. His teams led the NCAA Division II in stolen bases and triples during his time there. They won one divisional title 2008 and he was named assistant coach of the year. Along with his duties at Johnson C Smith University he was a member of the National Fast Pitch Coaches Association.

Coach Eaton is a former associate baseball scout for the Kansas City Royals and Cincinnati Reds. He has players who are now playing professional baseball, and Independent Baseball

He is a graduate of Livingstone College with a degree in Sports Management and holds a Certificate from Groundskeepers University.  He is also a graduate of the United States Sports Academy with a degree in Sports Coaching. He also is a board member of Metropolitan Junior Baseball League located in Richmond Virginia, member of the North Carolina Baseball Coaches Association and American Baseball Coaches Association.

He spends most of his time working with fellow premier baseball showcase organizations.

Coach Eaton resides in Port Orange, Florida with his wife Darlene and Dog Rosie.

Scout Ben Ringman

Ben was born and raised in Adrian, Michigan, and graduated from Hudson High School in 1997.  Ben was a three year starter on the Varsity Baseball team but the dream ended there.  Ben joined the US Army in 2003, and has been on Active Duty status ever since.  In 2005 he started coaching a Mens Softball team out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  In 2013 when his son was of age to play he got into youth coaching through CYS at Brunnsum, The Netherlands.  Ben was transferred to Fort Lee, Virginia in 2015 where he continued to coach as a Assistant Coach with Henrico, County Youth Sports for three years.  During that time, Ben was selected to coach the All-Star team twice and started coaching 10U travel baseball with the Trained 2 Go, and Henrico Heat.  

In 2018, Ben was a key member in standing up the Virginia Heat Youth Program which allows kids less fortunate a chance to play and enjoy the game he loves to play.  Ben graduated with a B.A. in Sport Management from American Military University in 2019.

In 2019, Ben moved to Germany and took on the opportunity to build the Rheinland-Pfalz (RP) Outlaws baseball program from the ground level.  In year one they played in three tournaments where they took home a 1st Place finish in Sala Baganza, Italy and 2nd Place in Nettuno, Italy. In 2020 they have grown to four teams ranging from 10U to 18U and have high expectations for his athletes both in the classroom and on the field. 

He and his beautiful wife Angela have been married for 16 years and have three incredible children, Riley (15), Brenden (12) and Landon (9).
